allows for firm and effective neck support. The adjustable velcro strap enables you to adjust the collar size, whilst ensuring a comfortable fit.

Instructions for use

1. Detach the fasteners and open the two ends of the collar.
2. Look straight ahead and fit the centre of the collar under your chin.
3. Attach the fasteners at the back of your neck.
4. Make sure that you can breathe comfortably. If the collar feels too tight, remove it and put it on again.

WASHING & STORAGE
Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air dry. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.
